- Review of minutes for October 8
  Accepted as written.

- Announcements
  EIA Call for Patent Disclosure:
No companies reported any patents related to IBIS.

- AR Review
  Lynne is waiting on input for documentation.

- Meeting schedule
  Japan has requested meeting at 9 AM Japan time.  Current meeting
time of 8 AM PST is 11 AM East coast, 5 PM in Germany, 1 AM in
Japan.  Options: do nothing, select a new time, or alternate times. =20
  AR: Barry will ask Japan if 2 hours earlier would be OK.

- PCB EAST Review
  Met at SiSoft office, went through issues and added new sections to
the quality checklist.  Went through presentation for PCB East.  Had
problems with phone lines, so people may have had trouble calling in.
  AR: Barry to forward updates to Lynne.

- Documentation
  Updated list of volunteers for each section included at end of
Minutes.
  Greg Edlund has completed a draft, Mike LaBonte has a draft, Bob
has done a draft, Eckhard Lenski has done a draft.  Barry will do V-t
curves, component section.  Lynne to do the general keywords in the
[Model] section.  Todd offered to document general file requirements
include list of warnings that are acceptable, and requirement to
document any warnings that are real in the file.
  Checklist needs to indicate which version of ibischk was used on file.
  Should we require [IBIS ver] to be 3.2 or higher?  Bob Ross may
have a list of all Warnings covered by the parser.  IBIS 2.1 does not
have as many checks made as IBIS 3.2.  If IBIS 3.2 did not add any
new required keywords, then it is OK.  Noted that Level 1 requires
IBIS 3.2 features.
  Header section needs to document comment "|IQ" and how warnings
and quality of individual components and models are summarized at
top of the IBIS file.  Kim to work on this.
  Barry to document model limitations.
  AR: Bob to send Lynne list of keywords.
  AR: Todd to work with Bob Ross to get list of ibischk3 checks for
[IBIS ver] 2.1 and 3.2.
  AR: Lynne to compile what has been received so far and send to
Barry for posting.

- Opens for new items
  No new items.

- Plans for next meeting
  Details related to [IBIS ver] and ibischk versions.

  Formatting the documentation.
